Wild Pops

My brother and sister-in-law got married at the beginning of this month.  It was an amazing experience.  It was definitely a wedding to remember and I feel so fortunate that I was able to be a part of it.  I wish I hadn’t been so pregnant, but was lucky that I was able to make the trip.

The happy and beautiful couple walking down the aisle.  Aren’t they the most gorgeous couple you ever did see?

They got married at the Museum of Natural History, so some of the pictures are incredible.

I was in charge of adding to the decor and making some cake pops with an animal theme.  It was fun, but a lot of work.  We only had a day and a half to finish them, and the baby inside my belly doesn’t like his mama to work too hard.  Luckily I had some help from my amazing family.

We used lots of materials, and had something like an assembly line going.  When we were all done, my dad and hubby transported them across town.

At the reception, they were placed in this awesome display my sister in law made.

I heard they were delicious.  I didn’t get a chance to try them.  I’m so glad I was able to make these for this extremely special day for my family.

Here’s my family minus the bride and groom.  What an amazing night!
